The process is repeated multiple times to generate various designs. As each layer gets glued together, the printer uses heat to stick the powder to the layer underneath. Slowly, like a sculptor, something starts to emerge from the powder as a sculptor and this was also the block of the beautiful statue. And, once the metal 3d printing filament object is completed, any surplus powder can be retained and reused for subsequent prints. This process saves money and decreases waste which benefits the environment!
